Introduction to HMCC 2026 & HHME 2026

The 2nd China Conference on Human-Machine Collaborative Computing (HMCC 2026) and the 22nd Harmonious Human-Machine Environment Joint Conference (HHME 2026) will be held from August 14–17, 2026 in Changsha, Hunan, China (Aug. 14: all-day registration; Aug. 15–17: main sessions). The conference is hosted by the China Computer Federation (CCF), co-organized by the CCF Technical Committees on HCI, Pervasive Computing, and Collaborative Computing, and locally organized by Hunan University.

This year's conference focuses on the core theme of "Human-Machine Collaboration", emphasizing human-AI symbiosis and mixed intelligence, pervasive computing, cognition, and health. It also highlights design-oriented perspectives to broaden participation and elevate the conference's impact.

Thematic Areas

(1) Human-Machine Collaboration and Mixed Intelligence: Exploring new paradigms that combine human cognitive capabilities with machine computation to solve complex problems collaboratively;

(2) Human-Centered Design and Interaction: Focusing on context awareness, natural interaction, and accessible design to deliver proactive and personalized intelligent services;

(3) Cyber-Physical-Social Fusion and Ubiquitous Computing: Organic connection, collaboration, and augmentation among humans, machines, and physical objects to build smart spaces;

(4) Pervasive Computing and Wearable Intelligence: Ubiquitous sensing and computing technologies for healthcare, education, production, and other application scenarios.
