Call for Papers
Call for Papers — The 22nd China Conference on Human-Computer Interaction (CHCI 2026)
Human-Computer Interaction research focuses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of interactive computing systems that enhance information exchange between humans and computers. The 22nd China Conference on Human-Computer Interaction (CHCI 2026), together with the 22nd National Conference on Pervasive Computing (PCC 2026), will be held as part of the CCF 22nd Harmonious Human-Machine Environment Joint Conference (CCF HHME 2026) from August 14–17, 2026 in Changsha, China (Aug. 14: all-day registration; Aug. 15–17: main sessions).
The conference is hosted by the China Computer Federation (CCF), co-organized by the CCF Technical Committees on HCI and Pervasive Computing, and locally organized by Hunan University. It provides a premier platform for sharing research results, envisioning future trends in HCI, and fostering tight collaboration between academia and industry.

Submission Guidelines
1. Conference papers: Submissions accepted in both Chinese and English. Chinese papers should use the template of Chinese Journal of Computers; English papers should use the Springer template. Accepted papers will be presented as posters. Outstanding accepted papers will be published in a Springer proceedings volume (EI indexed).
2. Exchange papers: Designed to share papers published within the past year at top venues such as ACM CHI, ACM UIST, ACM IMWUT/UbiComp, ACM CSCW, IEEE VIS, IEEE Haptics, IEEE VR, SIGGRAPH, CVPR, and other top HCI-related international journals/conferences. Accepted exchange papers will be presented orally. No specific format required; please indicate "Exchange Paper" in the submission system.
3. Tech demos: Showcasing novel interactive technologies and experiences. Submit a demo video and a 1-page description; no specific format required.
